MAPLE GROVE WORLD SCHOOL (BULANDSHAHR)

Admission to Class Nursery:

Eligibility: 

Minimum age 3+ years as on 1st April of that academic session.

Procedure:

  • Online Application Form is available from first week till third week of June on the website.
  •  Only the shortlisted candidates are called for Interaction in the month of July

Kindly Note:

  • Incomplete application forms will not be processed.
  • Parents are advised not to fill more than one form for an applicant.
  • Submission of application form does not guarantee admission, which will depend on the number of seats available.
  • Admission to class Nursery will be through informal interaction with parents and child.
  • On confirmation of grant of admission, parents will be required to deposit the fee within stipulated time failing which the offer of admission shall stand cancelled and the seat will be offered to another applicant.

Admission to Class Prep – Class IX & XI:-

Procedure:

  • Application Form for classes Prep to IX & XI available from the School Reception of MGWS, Siana between 10:00 am to 2:00 pm (Monday to Friday) only on Working Days. Registration Form is also available at school website.
  • Children residing within 10 km shall be given preference..
  • On account of seats being very limited, the admission process focuses on getting to know an applicant very well through interaction & academic assessment.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION                         

  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate from Municipal Corporation
  • Photocopy of Residence Proof
  • Passport size photographs of father, mother (2 each)
  • Passport size photographs of child(4 each)
  • Old School T.C. and a copy Mark sheet(if applying for 1st to 9th and 11th ).

**REGISTRATION FORMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

BOOKS & UNIFORM

  • MGWS provides parents the convenience of buying uniform and stationery from the school premises.
  • However, it is not mandatory for the parents to purchase the same from the school. They are at liberty to buy it from any suitable vendor, provided it conforms to the requirements of the school.
